Service case PROFIPLUS - Repair case for damage in sanitaryware, natural stone and artificial stone types
This very comprehensive high-tech professional repair kit sanitary, natural stone and articial/composite stone it contains all the products for quick and permanent repairs of holes, cracks (not suitable for hairline cracks), chips/broken-out pieces in acrylic, ceramic, enamel, porcelain, wall and floor tiles, granite, marble, other natural stone and artificial/composite stone surfaces. The size and depth of the damage is irrelevant.
Beltraco has 2 types of filler in its repair kit: the Light Cure Filler (LCA) and the unique DUO curing filler with nanoparticles.
The Light Curing Filler (LCA) à 2 gram which only cures with a blue light lamp, is UV resistant, hardly discoloured by ageing, non-toxic, resistant to normal household cleaning products and safe to use in food preparation areas. It can be used for damages up to 3 cm. Can be polished to almost high gloss. This type of filler is not suitable for hairline cracks and through-and-through holes.
The DUO (DCR)curing filler of 8 and 60 grams is a self-curing filler (2-components) which can be cured simultaneously with blue light (LCA). Nanoparticles have also been added to the filler to give it a finer structure and make it easier to polish. Using blue light makes curing faster. It has better colour resistance than regular 2-component fillers and can be polished to almost high gloss. The size and depth of the damage is not important. This type of filler is not suitable for hairline cracks.
With both fillers, you can choose your own colours from our standard colours of fillers.
All products are clearly and practically stored in the plastic case. With this case, you have everything you need for a successful repair at hand.
In this service case, you can choose 20 LCA filler squirts of 2 grams, 8 DUO curing squirts of 8 grams and 3 DUO curing squirts of 60 grams.
